Obama is just making it clear to the GOP to stop playing games and he will veto any trash bill from them that makes it to his desk.
I see Obama as trying to make sure that if Dirty Harry can't swing the trashing of this bill they know he will if it gets to him. You have to get a bit educated about all the games they play. It is now a game of Dirty Harry against anything that is not Democrat originated. Oh yeah.

You falsely misled the nice lady since it is not either of those things that Obama fears.

Of the few libs here, you need to admit that you know that these things work both ways, depending on who is in control. Come on and let these people relax.

Now Casper you know that there just aren't enough Dems in the House to make anything be bi-partisan to get passed. Of course, the Senate is the same way, just the other way around. The funny part is that the Dems in the Senate can't get anything passed in that house but they can obstruct the Republicans from the House.

Which side do you see the willfully ignorant being the largest number? I think we disagree but then that is normal for questions like this one.

You seem to have overlooked the fact that the last committee was very close to agreement, with the Dems agreeing to lots of cuts, but only on the condition that the tax CUTS for the rich be dropped, and we know how that ended, don’t we Roy.

At this point, it would have the effect of increasing taxes, NOT ending cuts.
