Superb response Children are taught how to perceive homosexuality by their parents, teachers, peers and society in general. Whatever you tell them, that's what they'll think. Best to make it the truth if anything at all, and not lead them astray with something unfounded or bogus. Otherwise, their opinion on the subject is zilch until they're taught by someone who, you know... knows what they're talking about...

My christian denomination performs gay marriages. I have a lesbian pastor. A good chunk of mainline protestant christian denominations support gay rights (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Presbyterians, Episcopalians, United Church of Christ, etc.) It's the evangelicals and the catholic heirarchy that have the biggest problem with it.

Some of you rainbow types would be having hissy fits if Target started selling t-shirts with this on them:

Because selling the pride t-shirts actively puts down no group of people.

Selling anti-gay t-shirts actively puts down a group of people.

Logic.

I'm fine with gay marriage and Target selling gay clothes. Seeing 2 12 year old girls making out outside of McDonalds during a Gay Pride Parade freaked me out a bit though. I found my thinking "What next?"

Really? How does a rainbow indicate anything? Just because a bunch of gays stole the thing from Jesse and his Rainbow Coalition doesn't mean squat. Actually, hippies had it before Jesse, I think.

You= FAIL
