The penalty for the 50 and over worker threshhold is the penalty for not providing AFFORDABLE coverage, based upon a percentage of that workers wage.

Or didn't you read that part?

Oh, wait, you didn't read ANY of it, did you?

Sheesh, people, I'm an old-fart-retired-LEO with a bum kidney and no college education, and I know this. Stop listening to the RW talk-fet and read up on it.
So unretire and show everyone how it's done.

The only thing that will beat this is the amusement of conservatives flocking to pay the higher prices, just so they can appreciate his political stupid.

Nope, I earned my rest after 30 years on the job, sonny. Why not surprise everyone and actually learn about what you're talkiing about?

It appears we already have that finding - according to Mr. Outraged, the additional cost of being strong-armed by the malicious evil fascist state into ensuring his employees is five pennies on the dollar.

Because if you dare question, or disagree with, a government policy, or let the paying consumer know how that government policy affects the price they have to pay, then that government will make your life hell. Yep, that's exactly what America is supposed to be about, right?

The IRS look back period is around 9-10 months for most companies. This will give companies until April 2013 to get their employees part time. The next couple months will be interesting. It has only begun.

Then his customers won't have any problem paying it, as it's for such an allegedly worthy cause.

So why are so many upset with Mr Outraged? I would think Liberals would be running to dine there.

That might be true if the proceeds from his surcharge were actually used to get his employees healthcare, but that is not his intention.

Obamacare is the stupidest thing ever. Better off increasing everyone's taxes 10% and having a government ran health system. lol. The free loaders don't pay anyways.
