And again,

the law doesn't require small businesses with under 50 employees to provide health insurance, nor do they charge any penalty when such companies don't provide health insurance.

About 57% of small businesses with 50 or less employees do. They, obviously, don't go around whining, crying, groaning about providing the benefit to their employees. With Obama Care, not only do these small businesses benefit, those that couldn't afford health care due to cost, will have SHOP exchange to find a plan that will work for them, and they will get tax credits. Not offering health care for them, carries no penalties, but does carry benefits if they so choose.

Such small businesses may now be able to attract a sharper mind or a more skilled worker, and have loyalty from, that they could have lost to a larger corporation that could afford to do so.

Good for the business owner. It is time for people to see what they voted for. He has that right and I would gladly pay it just to see the liberals' faces when they see it.

Please do, and better, if you can post your picture for us to see. For a change, you might actually be aware that prices at restaurants go up at times.

OK, a couple of rational questions...

For those of you who are against the ACA (Obamacare) because if the "taxes"...do you also realize that you wind up payijng for the uninsured anyway?

Can you figure out why?

Yeah, but now that we've read the bill, everyone can find out what's in it... for them.

They bought it, we got it. The shaft that is. Enjoy it while you can.

Denny's...hmmm...not very expensive...let's say $50 for a party of four. Five percent comes to $2.50. I don't see anyone raising much of a fuss. If you can't afford $2.50, you can't afford to eat out.

Secondly, Obamacare has nothing to do with a company's sales figures. Putting a surcharge on sales is an obvious act of being a sore loser.
