If the kid hadn't...

1. Broken into someone else's home
2. Ignored the burglar alarm
3. Ignored the warning shot
4. Continued up the stairs

...then he wouldn't be dead now

What an ignorant response....

It was 2am, the alarm was going off in the house, and the you see a figure standing on your stair well....

What do you think he was there for?

When you answer this question (I don't think you will, honestly anyway) remove the fact that you now know he was a kid.

The left is good at playing heart strings, to bad common sense never plays through for you people.

Drunk teen shot and killed after friends drop him at wrong house | The Raw Story

Why can't the parents be responsible for their LACK of parenting? Why was your kid out drinking?

Shawn Gordley, Caleb's father, said on Twitter Monday evening that: "I was just informed that Caleb & his friend hopped the fence into the wrong backyard. They both thought it was my house. Caleb then climbed through an UNLOKCED window and staggered up the staircase that is identical to mine."

Father looks to be blaming the "unlocked" window already.

I wish things like this didnt happen, but why Shawn Gordley, was your son out drinking?

I wonder how the friends feel about dropping him off at that particular house.
