That's fine, but it's one little town. How do you know that it wouldn't have an equally low crime rate even if everyone didn't own guns?

all law abiding ciizens are required to keep firearms in the home.

if you actually look at violent crime in england, you will find that their violent crime rate is higher than the USA, and that is for a gun control utopia country.
