I can see that thinking for some of those that tithe. But my point was you're not going to jail or have your pay garnished.

Not really. Knowing a couple mormons they actually put their money where their mouth is and do a lot of charitable work and contribution.

How would this be any different that Bill Gates who made billions via capitalism and gives incredible sums to fight global issues like Malaria etc?

You guys really have your partisan knives out to a sharp point over a little scripture quote. Maybe we can get some rwnj's to carve up some Obama scripture quote next.

Back to the OP. I am amused by how similar the most radical of the protestant religions has the same policy toward having children as the Catholic Church, the oldest of the Christian faiths. Both are patriarchal systems with women relegated to being slaves of the men. The other thing they have in common is they are pure bull**** created by men for men and captured by the greedy to justify their mass thievery.
Bigot. Got any insights about blacks and gays while you are at it or just have a couple favorites you like to hate on?

Why is it, some on the left have to make up silly lies just because someone doesn't share their opinions?

Sad, really sad.

For the record Mitt and Ann lived in a rented basement apartment while Mitt went to school and , heaven forbid, Ann was a stay at home Mom, taking care of the kids.

Didn't they get financial assistance from family though?

FWIW - I don't hate anyone. I just despise the actions of the hypocrites.

All religions - western or eastern - are patriarchal systems and the most devout, fundamentalist sects of all religions are pretty much the same in their fervent desire to subjugate all who do not agree with them by using any means possible - even violence, if sect leaders deem it necessary. Any rational, reasonable, fair minded person - particularly one who is female - should be very concerned when a devoutly religious person aspires to be in the highest levels of government. The US was spared another fundamentalist President when Romney lost the election.

Poor Mitt ...... the guy loses the election to BO, yet the winning side can't stop talking about him.

He is currently be blamed by some for the looming catastrophe known as Obamacare, yet didn't write it and never signed it.
