What disturbs me about some (not all) comments made is that the comments basically scream "Blacks deserve to be unemployed", which is quite bigoted and ugly. Work place discrimination still exists. And then someone tries to justify it. Nothing short of bigoted.

Gotta work harder, eh?
Harder than someone else of the same ability of merit. Is that how it is suppose to be? Isn't it suppose to be best person for the job based on merit and merit alone?

Yes you do denigrate. You are making bigoted assumptions as to say you think you know all Black people. You don't. You believe every Black person is going to pull a lawsuit?

I don't see you express that same attitude of women or other minorities. Just Blacks, and other minorities have sued as well. You only posts these things(and other stuff) because you are trying to justify your resentment of Blacks.

You'e basically saying that I deserve to be unemployed. You say something along the lines that a real man doesn't live off of the government and should work. And then you make a claim that alludes to saying "you deserve to be unemployed". An illogical argument.

Workplace discrimination does actually exist.

Maybe not in the public services, but consider this. How is it that Black college graduates have unemployment rates as high as White high school graduates?

You are shown evidence proving that minorities are admitted after showing less ability and merit than white applicants and your response is: Harder than someone else of the same ability of merit.

One has to love liberal "logic".....

There could be endless reasons for that. Can you cite proof that it's even true?

Even with education levels being equal, Blacks still have higher unemployment rates.

You only showed the firemen case AFTER I posted this. However, this case doesn't not apply everywhere. If it did, Black unemployment rates would be lower than White unemployment rates.
