It was after they showed a video tape - I can't remember which one, perhaps his re-enactment - and when the lights came back on in the courtroom, the camera was on him briefly and he had a big smile on his face.
I commented on it here at the time but nobody else mentioned seeing it.
He cracked a smile when the professor was explaining about SYG...."That thing" that George said he'd never heard of...smirk

It wouldn't shock me if he also has some help from a legal prescription to keep him mellow. Being on trial for murder would stress anyone---guilty or innocent.
So..Customarily defense attorney's depo their witnesses. I find it very hard to believe that Mr. Donnelly hadn't discussed this case, or the tape or anything else, given his bias and his monetary investment in George's case.

I missed that one.
I didn't miss the great big grin on his face, though, when he looked Sean Hannity in the eye and lied through his teeth about never having heard of SYG.
In fact, now that I think about it, I think it was after the video of that interview that I saw him smiling.

I saw a smile, but I missed what came right before that caused him to smile. I did hear the commentator say thet the jury might find that inappropriate. I got the impresiion that he kind of smiled/laughed at something that a witness said that he should not have found amusing.

I agree, I still can't recognize my own voice on a recording. It just sounds different.
I'm sure your friends and co-workers would know it was you.
