Two cops interviewing Tracy Martin. One asks him a question and the other cannot testify as to the answer because the biased judge calls it hearsay. Gonna be a long trial if they have to keep switching between the two cops on the stand.
He cracked a smile when the professor was explaining about SYG...."That thing" that George said he'd never heard of...smirk
George actually laughed at one point, but I can't remember the specifics. It was an actual laugh, not just a smile like he gave the JAG guy. It was before the JAG testimony.

Yeah, that is hearsay, but DeeDee's testimony wasn't. This prosecution/Judge is a joke.
Isn't it amazing how many of George's friends, ones that hold him dear and donate to him, have hardly heard any of the tapes, or really paid much attention.
Seems strange to you? I have a hard time with that myself. Amazing that George said they screams didn't sound like him but all his friends and co-workers had no problem.
I've only seen a cop act like that in front of a judge twice, neither time ended well for them. He's squirming like DeeDee. Wonder what he remembers today?

At least the judge ditched the big necklace this week. That thing was hideous and made me not take her seriously.
She does appear to be biased and if he is convicted, I can see many points of appeal.
Doris Singleton. Early prosecution witness. The cop who took George's first statement (before Serino). She was first in line to talk with him. She flipped for the defense.
