What she did was point to a note that she had made during Serino's testimony...something they have been doing throughout the trial....Tracy smirked at whatever it was she had written. Big deal.....
Even if Trayvon was a mean, nasty, no-good kid --- it has no relevance for this trial. Doesn't mean he deserved to be killed.
?? The primary question in this case is who initiated physical contact. In order for the jury to make a determination, isn't it relevant to know if one of the people in question was a "nasty, no-good kid", vs say an honor student and boy scout? It might not be allowed by the judge, but to say it "has no relevance" is simply not accurate.
Actually Serino’s testimony only bolsters the State’s case. Tracy Martin was emotional and obviously didn’t want to believe it was his son, but he knew in his heart it was.
