No it doesn't...but it shows that the kid had the capacity to put the screws to somebody for whatever reason.

?? The primary question in this case is who initiated physical contact. In order for the jury to make a determination, isn't it relevant to know if one of the people in question was a "nasty, no-good kid", vs say an honor student and boy scout? It might not be allowed by the judge, but to say it "has no relevance" is simply not accurate.

Serino asked if No could construed as denial. Yes, it could.

MOM: Was it significant in your investigation?

Serino: It became significant because at that point there was no question who the voice belonged to. Witnesses believed it was GZ.
