West arguing, on the Toxicology report, that it is highly relevant for the jury to know TM had THC in his system and had a lighter on his person. He also stated they have testimony to show that the amount could have affected TM in this altercation.
If they bring that in then I hope that the prosecutor gets off of his -ss and brings in GZ's 3 prior arrests for violence against his girlfriend and an assault on a police officer.
Agreed! Not to mention the 46 telephone calls to Sanford PD over 8 years regarding black males. That to me is a clear history of profiling. Every other month on the average for 8 years regarding black males. That's just not coincidence.

And yes, I'm sure the older woman was a hit with the ladies on the jury. I thought her veteran husband was a little over the top, especially when he said George was like a son and asked him to show him how to tie a Windsor knot.
They've spent enough time on whose voice it was. We and the jury have gotten the message. It was George.

Me too. And, the fact that George wasn't given any sort of blood test, even though he pulled the trigger may be an issue for the jurors....It would for me.
The toxicology issue may be less harmful with all the folks that believe in legalizing. Wonder how many folks on this thread are commenting elsewhere to legalize....Would be interesting to know.

Do you realize the call that got Trayvon killed was not about a black male? Surely you didn't miss the part about race not being mentioned until dispatch asked, "is he white, black, or Hispanic?"

Several posters on this forum could prosecute this case FAR more effectively.
