Kind of odd how fast some government workers can be fired whereas others are untouchable.

did i say he was LEO?

i lumped "neighborhood watchman" w/ security guard. not sure what the diff really is. perhaps sec guards get more training and has a pay check? training is something GZ was obviously lacking.

but for clarity (for me) was GZ a self proclaimed watchman or was he elected by the neighborhood folks to be the watchman?

When firing in self defense, your objective is to stop the threat. That's it. The most effective way to do this is to aim at the center of mass if possible. Standard self defense technique taught everywhere,

You stop the threat by inflicting deadly force.

Absurd to claim that Zimmerman never meant to hurt him.

When you shoot in self defense it is not the objective to kill, just stop the threat. Unfortunately, in saving your own life, you may have to take the assailants.

Never said it was, but to claim that you don't mean to hurt someone when you shoot them in the chest is absurd.
