Current Mayor did a good job as a councilperson... just over her head as mayor and she was surprised to win under ranked choice voting.

Recall fell short on votes.

It is the most diverse city of it's size in the United States...

Oakland as a whole should be a model city as applied to diversity... racial, gender and economic
