You know what else they do around here? We have this thing called the Met Council with a ridiculous amount of power.
If a city doesn't do exactly what the Met Council says, they threaten them with a Sec 8 housing complex. Because they decide. So the city knuckles under so the plans for the Sec 8 complex go away.
They just did this to a small town that tried to resist hooking up to a new sewer system because they had a good system already in place.
Black males between the ages of 14-29 is probably a good place to start. I think private citizens should profile aggressively. If you feel vulnerable and see young black boys with their pants sagging, looking menacing cross the street or duck into a store.
I have to agree with you..i used to never have anything against anyone, but this is just getting ridiculous. People can claim racism all they want and stereo typing, but it's not whites, hispanics or asians doing this.

Did you notice that the title that it was TWO BLACK TEENS? when was the last time that you seen an article headlined with TWO WHITE TEENS?
