That would be just like the Feds to excessively tax it, so that the black market continues, so they can say "see we told you so!" Yep rig the game and continue to play both sides of the drug war...as in business as usual! As cruxan said, it should be reasonably priced. And no we should not get more aggressive on drug crime. Especially when no violent crime is committed. Why do you feel the need to lock someone up and put them in with violent offenders for something as trivial as smoking a joint?

question??? what do you think would happen if the price of a beer went to 10 dollars?? $60 a six pack $220 a case.. Mexico would be importing black market beer that's for sure

I don't see them smuggle it to Japan where is does cost $10.

why would Mexico smuggle to japan when they have a 2000 plus mile border with the USA.. if the average price of a beer was $10 Mexico would be bringing in tractor trailer loads of it ever day.
