I couldn't remember what it was and I'm actually pretty decent at geography. I just don't pay a whole lot of attention to Canada as I tend to pay more attention to geographical regions that involve the types of wildlife, geographical features, history etc. that I'm more personally interested in.

It's a big planet.

This thread is especially stupid, reinforcing my decision to put the OP on ignore following their dragging politics into an OK tornado thread.

That must have been an epic stretch, even for Harrier.

Wow. Just … wow.

This is a big planet, and it's one important reason to learn geography. One reason it was my favorite subject in school.

I would consider that with Canada, there is alot of trade in the Detroit-Windsor area, as well as petroleum in Alberta.

Now, with the political tornado, that is why I have been trying to turn this around, turn it away from politics, and put more attention where it's due, on education.

Since the grammarians on both sides of the aisle have come out to play, perhaps it's time to review capitol and capital.

The Capitol is located in our nation's capital, Washington D.C.

Oh Harrier. I'm not going to muddle through this thread but I will ask you this:

What does Bush, Romney and Obama have in common?

Also Presidents Kennedy, both Roosevelts, Hayes, and both Adams. Other notable politicians include Al Gore and Elizabeth Dole, along with Chief Justice William Rehnquist.
