This scenario is in sharp contrast to the manner in which the media handled Barack Obama, whom it woefully failed to properly investigate in 2007-08. The media , Hollywood and the REP establishment have done everything they can to vilify Sarah Palin and her family but despite a massive effort to destroy her, she is still standing strong like one of the liberal posters stated a few pages back. By the way, if Obama received half of the bad press that Sarah Palin does, his favorables would be in the low 30's or 20's.
lol

The most damning things to come out about Sarah Palin either came from her own mouth or came from Republicans themselves, namely from McCain campaign staffers. I watched on TV as the allegations about her were first reported, on Fox News (that bastion of the liberal media) by Carl Cameron on the O'Reilly Factor as he stood outside McCain campaign HQ. It's not the media or liberals or even the general population that are your problem. Before you even get to them, you'd have to convince rank and file Republican voters that she deserves higher office and that she could win a general election. Good luck with that, as I said, you're wasting your time, they've made up their minds, they don't want her on the ticket, they're going to want someone that can win.

And someone who is not polarizing, which she sure is.

The Obama backed liberal mainstream media will polarize anyone who is of the opposition party with a good governing record. Palin is a prime example.

If true, those stats don't say much for the brainpower of those GOP primary voters.

Just curious.....
Assuming some or all declare, is it any different than Rubio, Cruz, or Rand Paul?

I wouldn't vote for any of those you list. They don't have executive experience at governing.

It is going to be up to the media, who they want to run in the big show.
Just like the last 237 years.
