I don't know.

The question was simply what would do if you were choking somebody and they said they couldn't breathe. (Assuming said person is unarmed and you have 5 or 6 armed people helping you).

I'd ease up and see what was going on. It's obvious this guy was not a threat.

Choices should be

(1) Stop choking the person or
(2) Become a cop

If I was chocking someone and they could say, 'I can't breathe', ELEVEN TIMES, I would assume they can breathe.

On any given day I'd be willing to bet that there are hundreds of suspects in the process of being arrested who are claiming that they can't breath or the cuffs are too tight or some other exclamation made in order for the arresting cops to stop what's happening to them.

Neither because I wouldn't be choking anyone.

Well, for me to be choking someone, there had better be a damn good reason for me to be doing it in the first place!

I would be so disappointed in my technique if someone told me they couldn't breathe while I was choking them....

I would know that I wasn't actually choking him. If choking was my intent, I would adjust so that he couldn't say that.
