I just looked up some of this mgtow stuff, and holy moly I don't think I have ever come across a more bitter, self loathing, angry,and quite frankly hateful group of people in my life. I am seriously starting to doubt that OP doesn't hold some type of resentment against women, otherwise why would he want to align himself with a movement that holds the views expressed in the videos below?

I agree, which is why I don't hold those views. There is nothing wrong with women looking for a romantic, nice, strong and financially secure partner. I see women as individuals and have more female then male friends. It is just that I don't want to be intimate with one because I don't see the point of intimacy, and sex is overrated. The whole "romance" thing is not worth the effort for something that isn't very enjoyable for me. That's it.
If a gay man says he doesn't want to be romantic with a woman, does that make him a "woman hater" too?
I am sorry but I am having hard time believing you don't hold some type of resentment towards women especially when you post stuff like this. Op we understand where you are coming from, but please do not denigrate women or romance.
I have nothing against women, but romance is absurd and silly. It doesn't make any sense. I look at romance the way an atheist looks at mysticism: I just don't get it. And no one can define what the heck "romance" is anyway.

I think many of the women complaining her just don't like the idea that a straight man could have a girlfriend, have sex and see it as being...meh, at best.
I'm not saying that out of ego, just that so much of what society puts on women is for them to be nothing but romantic/sexual toys for men and they internalize that. The thought of any man turning away from them creates anxiety on some level. The obvious thing for women to do is develop an identity separate from being a sexual being.

And in some cases, that is a predetermined reality in the event a woman hits the wall at a point where her SMV (sexual market value) declines due to age or other reasons. It forces her to redefine who she is as a person and reevaluate her life, which could be a good thing.
That inevitable process inherent in all humans is just something that men who are MGTOW do sooner in their lives and by choice rather than by circumstance.

Are we heading toward a future where relationships and sexual reproduction are increasingly rare? Regarding recent technology: The world is a bigger place in every way now and a man's potential is infinite and his dreams, goals and aspirations have a higher value than just being a husband, provider and father. Life is short & there is far more to life than sex. Especially sex with the terms and conditions required of a man that wants it. MGTOW is freedom from slavery, a light in the darkness and a spiritual awakening that is allowing men to break their chains and escape from the archaic and medieval prison their souls were once destined for had they continued following cultural and societal norms.
