No, but certainly and "establishment" position.

But I agree - it was an attempt to bring her down. Because what she did was reprehensible, immoral and illegal.

The committee's true purpose has never been in doubt for anyone who has watched objectively. This "investigation" has already lasted longer than the 9/11 hearings and the GOP has scheduled them to drag on right through 2016, even though the previous eight "investigations" yielded nothing.

Finally, a Republican admits the truth of what the Benghazi investigation is really about.

Today's GOP--wasting money, wasting time--they are a waste of space.

BTW - 9/11 hearings were a rushed sham to appease the ignorant masses. Much of the report is questionable.

Everyone except those conservatives who until the last six or so years likely weren't republicans think republicans are democrats in disguise. The reason why it is a waste to grill Hillary over Benghazi is it was a blunder on all ends even the Congress and CIA. Hillary while I am NOTa fan at all and won't even vote for her if it's her vs. Cruz, Trump or Carson, she is no more guilty than the CIA is. E-mail gate is a different story altogether though...

Yeah, but her title was SOS and responsible for the security of all embassies; where she f'ed up.. The buck stops there.

Obama should be in on the hearings as well; he knew what was going on. He will kiss Papal but caring about Americans being killed by terrorists overseas should be a chief concern.

Next thing you know they'll be giving speeches from the Senate floor accusing her of cheating on her taxes.

Waste of time and money? What are congressional committees for other than fact finding investigations? The problem with any hearings during the Obama administration is the witnesses and facts get swept under the rug by democrats. Look up some of them on YT and hear idiots like Cummings halfway apologize to one being questioned. The murder of a US ambassador means nothing yet the killings of thugs takes precedence over all. We have strayed far as a nation.
We have strayed far as a nation when a Republican virtually admits the never ending Benghazi hearings are nothing more than an attempt to bring down a political opponent, but that's A-okay with Republicans because it's a Democrat who is the subject of the hunt.

How many hearings do you need before you will be satisfied? Eight that turned up nothing were not enough? Just keep holding hearings into infinity?

Or just until you bring down Clinton? Admit it, because that's really what the endgame is here for Republicans, and one of them finally admitted it.

Hilary shouldn't be elected to office due to her general lack of understanding of the current world.

I'm sorry, but anybody who doesn't understand modern communications or believes wiping a server means cleaning it with a towel has no business in a position of authority in today's world.

Hillary didn't need the Benghazi Committee to drop her poll numbers. She did that single-handedly with her dishonesty over her email server.

Is this sarcasm? I think it is.......but....if not......It's a real scandal. What's your opposition to the Freedom of Information Act? What would make you favor Hillary's lies and corruption over a law intended to keep our politicians transparent?
