No.

The corporate state, no matter how many protests take place in American cities over the murder of unarmed citizens, will put no restraints on the police or the organs of security and surveillance. It will not protect the victims of state violence. It will continue to grant broader powers and greater resources to militarized police departments and internal security forces such as Homeland Security. Force, along with the systems of indoctrination and propaganda, is the last prop that keeps the corporate elites in power. These elites will do nothing to diminish the mechanisms necessary for their control.

Chris Hedges: Police Killings Won

We have to say NO to the ever increasing corporate state.

This is irrational conspiracy nonsense. It is also psychological displacement. When a peace officer arrests or detains a thug or thugette, there is no high falutin social engineering or corporate dominance taking place. It is simply a criminal being removed from the street. We need to support that fully. It is what keeps our society from moving from the Rule of Law, to the Law of the Jungle.

And by the way, the quote you offer comes from a vicious, left-wing, collectivist rag of a website and is written by Chris Hedges, just another drone in a long line of bankrupt, enviro-fascist, collectivist, life-hating, progress hating, achievement hating, individual hating, pieces of human excrement.

We don't need to hear from the likes of this putrescence. So don't quote him again. Here, or anywhere else.

This is why I always find it ironic that body cameras are a proposed fix. I strongly suspect that they will only make the problem worse by increasing police surveillance of the public.

Because a camera will catch what two eyes will not?

When the names called precisely describe the target named, isn't that simple identification? I'll answer for you: Yes.

Following controversy sparked by photo, Danville police change policy for raised hoods

A picture taken by a Danville Register & Bee reporter of Danville police investigating a crime scene last month showed the hoods of two patrol cars raised. It raised questions about whether those hoods obscured the view of the cars’ dashboard cameras.

Pleads the 5th 51 times. Seems it's not just Hillary.

JOHN DAY – Grant County Sheriff Glenn Palmer invoked his right against self-incrimination 51 times while being questioned under oath about his handling of government records.

Grant County sheriff invokes the Fifth when questioned about public records | OregonLive.com

A key issue in the dispute is Palmer's use of a personal email account to conduct his public business. The news organization sought work-related emails dating back to November 2015. In court filings months after receiving the request, Palmer said his practice is to print out important emails from his personal account, file them and then delete them from his system.

Accountability to no one.

This is all left wing propaganda. You cant besmirch the Angels behind the badges, they never do anything wrong, and they need to kill people, according to most of the posters here apparently. I see that your question still wasnt answered. Not surprised.
