Ryan wants to reform entitlement programs. Not do away with them. Something has to be done.

Yes, apparently the word "reform" aka improve inspires all kinds of nightmarish delusions.

If you want to reform Entitlements so as to improve them- i.e. make them viable and thus function better-it means you are like them.

Entitlements are a bi-partisan creation. Nobody wants to do away with them.
