I LOVE seeing ANTIFA terrorist scum destroyed absolutely!

But it's protesters exercising their 1st Amendment rights on US soil that are the problem. Sure.

Yep sure was! She tweeted about it and look at her background photo. https://twitter.com/lacymacauley?ref...Ctwgr%5Eauthor
It wasn't the Turkish embassy but the home of the Turkish ambassador. Erdogan was at a meeting inside. The protestors were civilians and American residents and citizens - mostly Kurds, but also Greeks and Yazidis. At least one small child, riding in a stroller, was present.

Erdogan's business suited thugs ran across the street to the small park where the peaceful demonstrators were rallying with flags and signs and loudspeakers, and viciously physically attacked them. The police appear to have been taken by surprise and were outnumbered by Erdogan's goons, most of whom got away without being arrested. Some of the demonstrators attempted to defend themselves, but nine were injured severely enough to require hospitalization.

What sort of nation allows its "security forces" to attack a peaceful gathering of civilians enjoying their Constitutionally guaranteed freedom of speech - while the guests of another country??

And what sort of person spins such a vile attack as you have done? Your post above lines up nicely with your stated wish to see the complete destruction of the American government and the installation of a Duma-like dictatorship in its place. Nice.

Are Trump supporters seriously defending violence against peaceful protestors because the Turkish dictator was butthurt about seeing a protest outside the Turkish embassy? Wow

In this country, we have a right to peacefully protest and voice our opinions .... even if visiting Turkish sultans don't like it. What those Turkish police officers did was in violation of our national sovereignty, they have no authority outside the narrow confines of providing security within Turkish diplomatic facilities. What happens outside the fence is the responsibility of the US Secret Service Uniformed Division and the Washington DC Metropolitan Police, and clearly they saw no need to intervene.

You Trump supporters need to tone down your cultist support before you drag this country into a civil war.

Since the protestors were not on the residence grounds and the bodyguards were on US soil, it is pretty clear who were the criminals.

Too bad DC doesn't have concealed carry, diplomatic immunity would not have saved those thugs from being shot in the commission of an assault!

The fact that Trump is condoning this through silence says everything you need to know about him and his supporters. Thugs protecting thugs! He admires Putin and invites Duterte to the WH.

This is an American President completely failing to protect his citizens from foreign invaders. Good to know just where these Trump people stand.

Does anyone find it disturbing that the Turkisk bodyguards(I imagine are in some official Turkish role like our Secret Service) had no respect for the USA local police and just charged?

And the police are so out of shape and weak. Did you see the guy hitting the man with a baton from behind? Perhaps he wasn't going full strength, but that brings up another issue, why wasn't he hitting at full strength?

And as someone mentioned, this was not at the embassy. Not a huge detail but just showing how everyone is getting so lazy these days with the details. Are people reading these days?

The funny part is the Turks (a NATO Ally) are here to warn Trump against continuing to arm the Kurds, whom they consider Terrorists, that have attacked Turkey in the same manner as we see other Terrorists do. Yes, by all means let's not mention the Reason they are here.
