When is the last time, anywhere, that a Muslim turned in another Muslim for suspicious activities?

There should be much more pressure on the Muslim communities to be alert and sniff out suspicious behavior.
There should be much more pressure on Muslim countries to denounce the attacks rather than kissing their butts and selling them weapons.
