Interesting point of view.

On the other hand if Mueller is no better at controlling leaks than Comey he needs to be fired.

The leak is a crime and if Mueller can't find the criminals in his office then he is incompetent and needs to step down. .

You are a dense one aren't you. It was a strategic leak. Now the world knows Mueller is investigating Trump. Trump has no authority to look into this investigation. If he tries to remove Mueller, next step is articles of impeachment being drafted.

I think the leftist nut-cases should take all this hateful rage they have for President Trump and learn from history:

Looks like the hateful Left has revived the Salem witch-hunts..... opening Pandoras box. Be careful what you wish for:

"As a wave of hysteria spread throughout colonial Massachusetts, a special court convened in Salem to hear the cases; the first convicted witch, Bridget Bishop, was hanged that June.

Eighteen others followed Bishop to Salem’s Gallows Hill, while some 150 more men, women and children were accused over the next several months. By September 1692, the hysteria had begun to abate and public opinion turned against the trials. Though the Massachusetts General Court later annulled guilty verdicts against accused witches and granted indemnities to their families, bitterness lingered in the community, and the painful legacy of the Salem witch trials would endure for centuries."

Trump himself has stated he has nothing to worry about, so I take it as a given, and I'm sure lots of others do too. I certainly hope there is nothing there that will implicate him, because that will cause a greater disruption in our nation than anything, and will only encourage the Russians to increase their tampering. They would love nothing more that to see us fighting with each other instead of opposing their own plans.
Well said. I share that opinion.

None of that would give any reason why Mueller cannot do the SC job. He is not investigating the firing of Comey. He is investigating whether there was collusion with the Russian and whether it was covered up.

I doubt very much they will find any collusion but a coverup? Maybe.
There is an awful lot of smoke surrounding the Trump Administration. Roger Stone, Jared Kushner, Jeff Sessions, Paul Manafort, Carter Page, and Michael Flynn all have had contacts with Russian operatives under dubious circumstances. Flynn resigned less than a month into his tenure and has apparently offered his testimony in exchange for immunity. That's not a good sign for anyone hoping there was no collusion.

And that is without even touching the thicket of the Trump Organization's business ties to Russian oligarchs and Russian interests--a thicket into which we have little visibility given the absence of information shared by Trump. We do, however, have his son's casual remark long before any campaign that a lot of the Organization's business is with Russia.

There are a lot of troubling timelines detailed in a wide variety of reports with respect to the ties of the Trump campaign & Administration and Russian interests.

Expect a lengthy investigation. Don't be surprised to see indictments and resignations.

Leaks are not crimes. Only leaks of classified information are crimes. If you believe that it is classified that the President of the United States obstructed justice, then you have embraced totalitarianism.

If an investigation is in process, people are going to know about it.

If the police came to you or me and asked about Joe down the street, it would surprise no one that we would tell our spouses or a close neighbor about it. Pretty soon it would be general knowledge, especially if they contacted others around town.

If the FBI is inquiring, people whom are not part of the FBI are going to be questioned or asked for documents or access to something. Word gets around, that's how it is.

The hateful left? Comey was a Republican; Mueller is a Republican.

But do continue with your own hateful rage.

Were you upset about the 11! Benghazi hearings? About the impeachment of Bill Clinton?

Telling lies about people, is not forgiven. Not even in the courts.
