Since the religious right is a major threat to this country, they will keep him in power and 3 more years is a lot of time to do massive damage.

Do you have a link for that?

Goldwater was right. The American Right has been hijacked by Christian fundamentalists.
For starters, I don't know of any Mennonites that want to blow up bus stops.

Sure. And the righties said the same thing about Obama. But the country survived and is actually in decent shape. The country will survive Trump/Pence too.

The ADL analyzed 150 terrorist acts in the United States that were committed, attempted or plotted by right-wing extremists. “More than 800 people were killed or injured in these attacks,” the ADL said, noting that the attacks “surged during the mid-to-late 1990s and again starting in 2009” — the beginning of Barack Obama’s presidency.

“from 2007 to 2016, a range of domestic extremists of all kinds were responsible for the deaths of at least 372 people across the country. Seventy-four percent of these murders came at the hands of right-wing extremists such as white supremacists, sovereign citizens and militia adherents.”

http://www.newsweek.com/right-wing-e...-bannon-628381

right-wing extremists plotted or carried out nearly twice as many terrorist attacks as Islamist extremists. Of the 115 right-wing incidents, police only foiled 35 percent. Compare this to the 63 Islamist terrorism cases, where police foiled 76 percent of the planned attacks.

Right-wing extremists were not only more successful, they were often more deadly, too. From 2008 to 2016, a third of right-wing attacks involved fatalities, compared to 13 percent of Islamist attacks.

Of course not, because it's not true... when did facts ever stop someone from posting nonsense in here?

They think therefore they hate; of course they're told what to think and what to hate, so it pretty much removes thought from the equation, leaving just hate.

The difference is, their hatred of Obama was entirely irrational and not based on facts. The damage Trump, Pence, etc. are doing to this country is far worse in a far shorter time than anything Obama did. Trump has already made our soft-power and world influence the weakest it's been in 100 years.

You missed the point. The point was, the Christian Fundamentalist voting bloc is large and powerful enough to get one of their own as Vice President. The Islamic Fundamentalists are nowhere near that large or powerful.

Why limit it at this country ? How many Muslim terrorist attacks vs Christian attacks have we seen world wide ?

You quoted my link, and then claim there is no link.

It's your side who hate facts. You guys are basically flat earthers. You deny reality at any cost possible.
