Trump is willing to say what vast majority of America is thinking. And which the BS media pretends doesn't exist.
This is why he wins elections. And the rest don't.
Thinking it is one thing. But it's not always appropriate to say everything we think, whether it's the President or a janitor who is doing the talking.
I agree with you that the media is often full of BS and spin, however, I don't think the solution is to automatically take the opposite extreme, which is to just say every thought that comes to mind without taking just a second to pause to think if it's appropriate to say out loud in exactly the same form that it first crosses our mind in.
Doing that doesn't always mean you have to be doing the so-called "politically correct" thing, but rather, having good judgment and self control, which is a virtue that is becoming lost nowadays.
Trump's way of communication represents an over-correction of the media's spin.
The original reason for the kneeling was to protest cops being allowed to shoot black people at will without punishment . How would donating money to hurricane victims affect that?
STOP POLITICIZING SPORTS! Politics is so divisive in America people rarely discuss with friends never mind on a job.
I'm not much of a sports person, but I can see some value in their ability to take our minds off current ills for a moment, and with that in mind I have to agree with you!
The NFL is done. Knee takin' knuckle dragging spoiled brats.
Go POTUS
LOL. America's love of professional football goes back over a hundred years and is far deeper and more ingrained in our culture than Trump cultism. The righties will get over their butthurt soon enough and return to the fold if they ever left it.
