Hard to believe anyone would tell a widow that that it hurts anyway. Good Lord.

Perhaps a Teleprompter would help with these calls.

So... you're really sensitive to being sensitive and you really dislike dislike.

You left out key parts of the quote from Obama.....selective -- oh surprise!!!!! And you left out that it was not in a phone call to console her -- two women approached him and this was in the moment real interaction. Not the same at all as sitting at a desk with the luxury of knowing what you are going to say and who is going to be on the other end.

Trump fans and critics know that Trump said it -- not meaning to be mean -- but because he has no empathy, compassion, warmth, sincerity. It is true -- every soldier knows the risks -- it's not something you remind a Gold Star family about when the body is just coming home. It was the wrong thing to say.

It happens too often with him.
This thread is based on selective quoting.

Trump is truly a sociopath, as are his pathetic and evil supporters who keep enabling this disgusting behavior.

Worst human beings on the planet.

No I think I said Trump hates poor people. And people who aren't white. It's fairly obvious, no?

Okay -- that was her take awa. In her moment of grief that is what she remembers the President of the USA saying.

Kind of too bad.

We'll see - he will respond.

But he lies -- we know he does so whatever he says we take with a grain of salt.

(and no it isn't the media telling me he lies -- lol).

Uh no, a Congresswomen was sitting next to the widow and heard the conversation. She reported that's what Trump said, not the widow.

The woman has been here for over 20 years and still can barely speak more than canned phrases of awkward English. How is she going to comfort a grieving widow?

BTW, still waiting for that press conference with the documents that prove she didn't committed visa fraud when she worked in the country illegally.

No, it was a STUPID way of saying it and insensitive as Hell. Trump always has a problem coming up with appropriate words, so no amount of trying to defend it works here.
