I disagree. Regardless it most likely won't get through the Senate with Senators like Flake McCain Corker and Collins (democrat). Once these jokers are gone shortly (Flake and Corker retiring) and if the republicans can somehow maintain a majority then maybe they can pass a true conservative tax bill without having to pander to these senators

Well, it's a wrap folks, hope you don't depend on medicare, social security or medicaid because they will all be impacted by this monstrosity of a bill... John Mc Cain has just issued a statement that he's a yes vote.

FYI. Liberals don't like studying history, it hurts them too much. They only like destroying history. Something like Kristallnacht

Well right on cue McCain is a yes vote on taxes. I'm shocked but impressed he was able to put his hatred for trump aside to better the country. Props to you McCain.

Market jumped big time on the news

Default MCain to support tax increase for average Americans and cuts for corporations and the very wealthy

With McCain signing on, it looks like the Republicans are going to get their tax increase bill through. While they tout it will cut taxes, this will mainly only apply to big corporations and the nation's most wealthy individuals. The GOP is sending average Americans a big FU message for Christmas.

The long term goal of the GOP is the destruction of these programs. They believe they never should have existed in the first place.

If you aren't a millionaire or billionaire, voting Republican is like a chicken voting for Col. Sanders.

Default Announced: McCain Says He'll Support The Tax Bill

Are you surprised?

https://www.cnbc.com/2017/11/30/mcca...f-passage.html

Last I checked, Senators Johnson and Daines just want the bill to treat pass throughs (partnerships, sole proprietorships, and S corporations) the same rate-wise as regular corporations so I'm thinking that's do-able.

He doesn’t have to worry about affording healthcare for his cancer like other americans due to his spectacular healthcare provided and paid for by the citizens

I expect every GOP member to support this flawed tax bill that benefits their pockets and the rest of the wealthy while taking healthcare away from the millions that need it.

Pass throughs will raise the deficit even more. So they have to take from somewhere else, we know it won’t come from the rich
