He kills reporters. He kills dissidents. He's all but ended fledgling democracy in Russia. He's destroyed the Russian economy by allowing all the wealth to be locked up into the bank accounts of his oligarchs. He hacked the State Department. He's hacking our power companies. He invades sovereign countries. He encouraged massive bombing in Syria to drive refugees into Europe and USA to try to destabilize the West.

All Putin cares about is to keep driving the wedge. What could be better for him than having a black President for 8 years, during which he used social media to drive anti-Obama memes, to easily build the anti-Obama movement, which eventually became the Trump movement. Then to actually get Trump the lover of Chaos elected? That was a gift from the gods for Russia.

Putin had nothing to do with the ANTI-OBAMA movement. Obama and the Democrats did all that by themselves pushing a left wing agenda when they had control of all branches of government and pushed Obamacare and raised spending.
You make it sound that Putin controls the American media, American newspapers, Wall Street and the entertainment industry which is very political and very Pro Obama and liberal. That is how clueless you sound.
