He's not the first (or the last) person to speak Spanish at a State of the Union Rebuttal. Did you forget about your boy, Marco Rubio? Of all the things to criticize that is the most laughable thing you could pick at.
Kind of different, doncha think? Marco Rubio is Hispanic. Joe Kennedy not so much.
The only thing laughable is the pandering to Hispanics by a white redhead.
I find it absolutely laughable that Republicans cry and cry and cry about how Democrats leave the white men out. Now they cry that Democrats didn't have a woman or a black man speak? Give it a rest. The fact is there is absolutely positively no one Republicans wouldn't have trashed giving a response to their deity. No.One.
OK. But of the millions of white men that they could have picked, from military, to first responders, to survivors of the shooting in Vegas, to hardworking blue collar guys, they picked the richest, most out-of -touch, born-with-a-silver-spoon guy in the country.
Why? Those are the Dems' bogeymen. For YEARS, Dems have carefully cultivated a voter base who hates both #WhiteMalePrivilege and #InheritedWealth. So then they trot out Joe Kennedy III, who is the epitome of both, as the Dem Party's official spokesman? That's nothing but jaw-dropping self-sabotage.

I thought the same thing. Some serious changes possibly for the DNC. A Kennedy speaking from a Vocational school. If they continue this direction and keep moving to more to the middle the GOP will have a battle come 2020.
