Okay, there is one SIMPLE solution to this that will not only make it possible for a man to "mentor" a fully grown woman safely, but also destroy her if and when she decides she needs some new expensive clothes and makes a false allegation for some quick cash:

Body Worn Hidden Cameras

So when she runs to HR saying that you touched her when she wanted you to explain those spreadsheets, you can whip out the hidden camera footage and BAM!, her dreams of getting you fired and celebrating with high fives with her girlfriends over cosmos are DASHED and SHE'S the one looking for a new job.

If one out of every ten bosses did this, than maybe women wouldn't be so quick to make absurd claims and would instead put in the long hours and hard work it takes to get money the honest way.

Good thought, but I would strongly offer that a society who depends on everyone wearing body cameras at work is severely broken and needs to be rethought.

Sad but true. Thing is, if enough men do this, it will act as a deterrent so false allegations against all men will decline.

As guys, we typically aren't going to understand what sexual harrasment feels like, but I've seen its effects on people close to me, and it has major impacts on its victims.

Imagine working somewhere and relying on that paycheck to feed your kids. Imagine your gay, male boss takes a liking to you, and starts calling you into his office to talk. Starts touching you inappropriately, and makes it clear that your job is on the line. Then he starts rubbing his dick into you, and says that you will have to finish up the work at his place since it's getting late.

While he's taking your anal virginity so that you can feed your kids, are you going to tell yourself, it's nothing, this guy probably deserves a raise for his hard work?
I can see a woman writing this, not really understanding what male on male sexual harassment is about. But a guy? No straight man would willingly give up his "anal virginity" to keep a job. Come clean already, you're not a dude.

It's not worth the risk. Simple as that.

Could be because men are 9 times more stupid than women.

Wait I am being sexist, oh, never mind, any insults against men are OK.

Women will have to mentor women.

Somehow we will survive this shift and our daughters and granddaughters will be better off for it.

And the whole statistical analysis needs to be of relative numbers -- what percentage of women die in the work place, compared to men.

Do men take riskier jobs are is it just for years men dominated all work environments.

Etc....Etc....Etc.....

Wow. No. Try working in a male-dominated profession, e.g. engineering, without having male mentorship. That's a career death warrant.

Hang on for the bumpy ride...we don't make significant changes in our society without some bumps along the way.
Yea, but in this case, those bumps are people.
