Can you explain how America pays Canadian tariffs?

What is Trump supposed to tell our farmers? "sorry folks, Canada only has 35 million people so they get special treatment over you, sucks to be you...by the way, vote for me in 2020, I broke my promises"....
Past Presidents have allowed Other Nations to define Free Trade as the US gives us small tariffs and we give them Large Tariffs. The USA is the Piggy Bank for the World.

How is US the piggy bank? Canada pays the tariffs on US goods. We don't pay them, so the claims about US paying 270% tariff to Canada is pure ignorance.

If Trump imposes new tariffs on imported goods, then US pays them. Its is a tax, which Americans will pay to the US government, so you people are demanding tax hikes on Americans, and you don't eve know it.

If Canada eliminates agricultural tariffs will the United States eliminate agricultural subsidies to US businesses?

Liberals need to learn from Trump how to hike taxes? Interesting

That is stupid no matter how you interpret it. Get over your anger at President just because he exists....and give some rational, logical thought to why he is trying to change things for the better for the U.S.
What's stupid is you not knowing your diary is heavily subsidized thereby encouraging it's gross over-production whereas Canada's supposed 270% tariff is actually comprised of the same limits placed upon Canadian producers access to Canada's markets. Our dairy farmers are not allowed to over-produce.

What's really stupid is you not knowing the U.S. sells five times as much milk to Canada than it buys.

What's really stupid is you not knowing that if you perform an act that reduces Canada's willingness to buy American milk, your milk famers are completely toast as there is no other market for their products in a world already enjoying a glut of milk production.

Americans are over-producing their poorer quality milk products and seeking to dump them in Canada in the same manner and to the same results they accuse China of overproducing their steel and aluminum.

But that's okie dokie 'cause you're America.

Congress needs to take back trade. There are no national security issues involved.
