ok right, so what your saying is the NFL is special job and you can protest and do whatever you want? the owner of the NFL and the team is the BOSS. NFL players are employees end of story.
NFL players and their responsibilities are governed by the CBA and their individual contracts. They cannot do "whatever they want" but instead are obliged to perform their job responsibilities within the parameters of the collective bargaining agreement and their respective contracts. My understanding is that the CBA does not actually prohibit kneeling and, in any event, the owners have apparently agreed that they would rather just let the players kneel.

For every player that stands, the teams and Donald Trump give $1,000,000 to

No, the owners would rather them stand for the NA. Problem is under the CBA both parties have to agree to a rule/policy change.

The owners don't care if they stand or kneel, only in that they probably lose some money if they kneel.
It's not a moral issue for the owners
It's not a moral issue for Trump
Yeah, peaceful protest for a noble cause is such an agonizing thing to behold at a sports event that has no reason whatsoever anyway to play a song written to the tune of an old Brit drinking song by a guy that said this...
noble cause? what cause is that? LOL.... they can protest all they want, we as paying customers can reject their drama.
tell me genius.....of the 195 countries in the world, what country do their athletes do this and the people of that country let them disrespect their flag and national anthem by a few rich spoiled athletes that want attention and call it a "noble" cause apart from the U.S. by the left.
I speak with Mexican and Brazilian friends and they tell me if any of their athletes do that to their national anthem and flag that they are done. They wouldn't have a career and they would have to move out of the country.....and those countries are more corrupt and messed up than the USA and even they know you don't bring your personal beef and politics and disrespect the flag the national anthem of the country.....if they get it, why can't you and the left of this country?
The failures we identified in our findings – that we heard about from residents and officers alike
This
The department found that CPD’s pattern or practice of unconstitutional force is largely attributable to deficiencies in its accountability systems and in how it investigates uses of force, responds to allegations of misconduct, trains and supervises officers, and collects and reports data on officer use of force. The department also found that the lack of effective community-oriented policing strategies and insufficient support for officer wellness and safety contributed to the pattern or practice of unconstitutional force.
In addition, the department also identified serious concerns about the prevalence of racially discriminatory conduct by some CPD officers and the degree to which that conduct is tolerated and in some respects caused by deficiencies in CPD’s systems of training, supervision and accountability.
We found that BPD has engaged in a pattern or practice of serious violations of the U.S. Constitution and federal law...The agency also fails to provide officers with the guidance, oversight and resources they need to police safely, constitutionally and effectively.
Ferguson’s law enforcement practices are shaped by the City’s focus on revenue rather
than by public safety needs. This emphasis on revenue has compromised the institutional
character of Ferguson’s police department, contributing to a pattern of unconstitutional policing,
and has also shaped its municipal court, leading to procedures that raise due process concerns
and inflict unnecessary harm on members of the Ferguson community. Further, Ferguson’s
police and municipal court practices both reflect and exacerbate existing racial bias, including
racial stereotypes. Ferguson’s own data establish clear racial disparities that adversely impact
African Americans. The evidence shows that discriminatory intent is part of the reason for these
disparities.
