The point of kneeling is literally to bring attention to things the government is doing that deserve attention.

If you don't like the fact that they are kneeling, don't tune in for that part. Some people just love to b*tch and moan about any and everything.

Get a clue people..... you are being played. While you are busy being outraged, your government is doing many things that deserve your attention. As Americans of any persuasion we need to focus and debate things that actually matter.
Well said.

This is not [complaining] and moaning.
This is a concerted effort to
1) keep attention away from the real issues the players want to address
2) be racist

The REAL issue that these players don’t want to address is the outrageous amount of crime that is committed nonstop in America’s cities.

Not one argument made in this thread has explained how anyone has a moral obligation to continue watching football games if they decide they don't want to anymore, for whatever reason they choose, including the anthem protests.

Everybody has said their piece. This went on all last season.

At this point it’s time for people to agree to disagree and move on. I can’t believe this is still a thing.

Aren't they doing it in hopes someone gives a rats ass? Why do it at all then? I do believe this is all about the attention and using an entertainment platform to reach as many people as possible.
