I have no doubt cases involving many aspects of Roe v Wade will reach the next court, and as long as they address it in the prism of a Strict Constitutionalist mindset (versus liberal activism as the court was for several decades before the 90s), that would be wonderful.
I am quite content, with a Strict Constitutionalist Court, to watch all the chips fall where they may.
I am delighted at the swing away from an activist court. That was improper.
I am even more delighted at how youthful our wonderful President's 2 choices have been, as that should set up the Court well, on the afore-mentioned points, at least NOT activist, for 30 or more years.

No one makes a woman do this. If abortion were illegal, and woman did this, it would still be their choice.
