Thats what this thread is about, this case. Other examples are irrelevant. Man had gun, man had no legal standing to carry gun, man refused to drop gun, man got shot. Pretty straight forward.
Yeah, I don't understand it either. Some folks post flat out lies in attempts to convince other people of things that are flat out false. I don't understand their motivations.
I wish the admin were a lot more hands on and involved with people deliberately posting fake news or making false statements, but they allow it. I guess flat out lies and fake news aren't a violation of ToS.
I'm just used to some of the other political forums I'm on, where there's tons of great debates and conversations between dems and repubs, using factual information. And if somebody posts an untruth or fake news, the admins delete it immediately.
But this place isn't like that, which is fine.
You are the master of posting #fakenews. Don't even try to virtue signal. If it was against the ToS you'd have been gone a long time ago amigo.

Hard to argue that a "good guy" with a gun scenario would put an end to mass shootings when something like this happens.
Even harder to argue that I was making that point, because I wasn't.
My point was, criminal with a gun got shot.
Well your point would be wrong then since their is no evidence that Jemel Roberson was a criminal.

Doesn't sound like you know much about this specific case. You should probably read up on it more before commenting on here.
Yeah, I retract what I said, doesn't sound like a cop problem. Sounds like a dummy problem where people still think they have something to gain by ignoring the demands of an officer with a gun pointed at them.

So the police claim that witnesses said one thing, but witnesses are coming forward publicly and stating the exact opposite. We already know that the police aren't always honest in situations like these, and here they SEEM to be outright lying.
He wasn't even a real "Security Guard" that is legal to carry a weapon. He was a bouncer who was carrying illegally.
Where did it say he was carrying illegally?
