BS

There is nothing in the above^^^^that even discusses border security. Instead, there is drivel like (from the link):

prioritizing immigration enforcement so that it is focused on those with criminal records and doesn’t arbitrarily separate families, and Democrats are fighting to protect that progress.

---------------------------------

First, all illegal aliens are criminals. The term "honest illegal alien" is an oxymoron. Second, no one is "separating families". If the parents are deported, no one is forcing them to leave their children behind. In fact, any decent parents would take their kids with them.

There there is this:

We honor our fundamental values by treating all people who come to the United States with dignity and respect, and we always seek to embrace — not to to attack — immigrants.

----------------------------------------

No one is attacking legal immigrants. What the dems are doing is deliberately blurring the line between legal immigrants and illegal aliens.

Oh...and once again, for the umpteenth time --- the wall that Bill Clinton had built on the San Diego/Tijuana border has drastically cut down on illegal crossings and crime. And, that, to you is "infeasible"?

This is spot on. If it is an actual emergency, why is he dithering? It either is an emergency or it isn't. All this, "Well, maybe it is, and maybe it isn't. And maybe I will, and maybe I won't," just makes the case that there IS no real emergency or there would be no going back and forth.

Someone should look up the definition of the term and show it to Trump. It's painfully obvious he has no clue what the word means.

Not contiflating. Just making a point that if you give your neighborhood kids cupcakes every time they come to your house, they will keep coming. What will stop them? Simply stopping giving them cupcakes, then they will never come.

The next time you go to a hotel or country club for your monthly Chamber of Commerce breakfast meeting or any event, look around you and see who is clearing dirty plates from your table. It's not like these undocumented workers are hiding! They are made to blend very well with the venue's regular employees (minus the English!) and wear the same uniform. They even wear name tags, except their names are changed too so you don't become aware of their undocumented status. For example, the banquet server's real name could be Alexandro, but his name tag will say "Tony" or some other FAKE name. The more reputable the hotel or country club is, the more likely it is that their banquet servers and housekeepers are undocumented, with little to no English.

Since you clearly want to be part of the solution, next time, instead of focusing too much on your scrambled eggs or sausage links, get up and tell the venue's GM that you know they use undocumented workers. His nervousness will be priceless! 😆

Great points. Crossing illegally is a CRIME. Therefore all who do it are criminals.

Few woman in caravan, mainly young men.

Its cause walls stop their new "base" from breaking in.

Happy 22nd Shutdown Day to all.

Whether a wall or 20' fence, I am content with a far longer shutdown to get it done. 22 days..just a down payment.

How long is the wall? How much did it cost? What’s it made of? How did we get the land it’s built on? What is the environmental impact? How much does it cost to maintain? How frequently did people cross the border there before the wall was built?

These questions ALL need to have answers before you up and throw money into a wall project.

And...if I may...

Once the neighbor kids know you’re handing out cupcakes, they’ll figure out how to get into your house. Even if you build a fence. Because...cupcakes.

Quit handing out cupcakes and they’ll go someplace else.

I'm talking about the 2000 mile solid wall that Trump wants across the entire border. Yes, that's infeasible.
