I claimed Beasley pushed for it to be removed. Fact.
No, you said he removed it, not pushed for, but actually removed it.

It will be interesting to see the political fallout from Northamgate.

Virginia is thought of as a solidly Blue State now, but on the monthly state by state Trump approval done by Morning Consult, Trump is currently only -3 in Virginia. On the other hand, he is only +3 in Florida and Ohio, so who knows?

Ok, why don't you talk about this racist Democrat governor.

I'm pretty sure you have accused GOP of racism on here and you have denied it on this thread. I'll look into your post history later.

I suspect this is long-term trouble for Va Dems, unless Northam leaves now..

Both parties rely on cutting their losses in regions favoring the other party, and I would expect scandals like this to reduce Dems support in Va GOP strongholds.

Too often partisans focus on building margins where they have them, when wins usually come from cutting negative margins in other parties base areas.

He's toast. The Democrats cannot afford to have someone like Northam, who reveals what their "abortion" laws really are - killing a newborn infant.
Here we go again -- Republicans lying about and distorting what Democrats say. This whole thing about Democrats wanting to abort and kill babies at childbirth is one big lie that gets spread on social media and Fox news.

Guess what? Virginia law already allows abortion of a nonviable child at birth or when the child is severly deformed, if three doctors sign off on it. It's rare and unpleasant, but we have to come to grips with the fact that sometimes a few births just weren't meant to be. That's not infanticide as the nut job right wingers claim it is.

Opposing killing babies makes us 'nut jobs' , not the people who are cool with killing babies. That's the sane people.

This is Orwellian.
