They were wrong. Deal with it.
No you are wrong. The "already" refers to the 2°C, not the date. That is, the temperature 'will already be 2 degrees warmer' (as opposed to, say, only a half degree warmer) somewhere between 2021 and 2050. It's as if you're pretending they didn't put a date there at all, when it's staring you right in the face. They made a prediction about the future, and put a date range for the prediction.

I find it ironic that after liberals were warning us about the world ending in 12 years due to climate change and global warming that it snows in the city of Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

There is massive concern about this horrendous cold spell causing damage to many plants in California that have been around for decades. Low temperatues down to 23 degrees in Romona which is a suburb of San Diego.

It’s laughable that you haven’t taken a basic environmental class but come on here to try to pretend you know what you’re talking about. Another worthless thread in an endless list of worthless threads.

And when these people make their dire predictions of man-made global warming, and they refuse to come true, they don't doubt their theory, they just make up another theory to explain why the first one is still true, even if their climate predictions based upon their theory is not coming true.

From the Met Office's report in 2013: The Recent Pause in Global Warming

Global mean surface temperatures rose rapidly from the 1970s, but there has been little further warming over the most recent 10 to 15 years to 2013. This has prompted speculation that human induced global warming is no longer happening, or at least will be much smaller than predicted. Others maintain that this is a temporary pause and that temperatures will again rise at rates seen previously.

They were puzzled as to why the warming they predicted didn't come true. They scrambled to explain why their man-made global warming predictions failed, and switched to calling it climate change instead. One new theory they have added is that the oceans are suddenly absorbing all the warming they predicted, as if the oceans were unable, or unwilling to do so in the past, and the oceans absorbing surface warmth is a new phenomenon.

I'm glad you agree, now tell that to the OP, and read what I wrote in post #28.

And being educated by people with an agenda makes you better? No wonder the teachers and professors of colleges and universities are so predominately liberal and leftist.

If you go to college and your professors are socialists or Marxists, odds are you'll come out away believing in Marxist ideology. It does not make Marxism or socialism and more valid over free enterprise, but it does turn you into a useful tool. Man-made global warming is providing everything the Marxist wants, needs and desires, and you cannot see it. Or do you?

Another ignorant thread about climate change. Anyone that has any understanding of it knows that it brings weather extremes - both warm and cold related.

Already refers to now not the future. But it's written funky so I'll concede to your point about it referring to the temperature.

So are you down for the bet or not? No snow globally in the winter of 2021. I think there will be snow.

No, that is just the propaganda being used to support it. There is no science behind the notion that CO2 is causing weather extremes. There are always weather extremes, always have been, always will be.

However, if you count hurricanes and tornadoes as weather extremes, we have had fewer of both over the past few decades, and yet, here you are, claiming the exact opposite is true.

We were told be the man-made global warming scientists that there were going to be increased numbers of hurricanes and tornadoes, and then when the exact opposite happens, they say "well yeah, of course," and they changed the name to "climate change." and now weather events are offered up as proof of climate change. Why? Because then everything and anything is just more proof.

Hurricane Sandy was nothing but a perfect storm weather event, and yet it was cited as proof to you people of man-made global warming and climate change.
