I know the report says neither Comey nor his friend leaked classified information to the media. Maybe I missed the part saying he didn't commit any crimes. Where is it ?

If you are investigated for a crime and it's found that you didn't commit the crime and the report simply states: "no criminal charges will be brought against the defendant", does that mean that you really did commit a crime, because it didn't state that you didn't? That's some bizarre logic.

Did you? I know the policies they talk about that he violated, and what I sign on a yearly basis very clearly states that if I violate these policies, I will be refereed to law enforcement for criminal actions....

When was your last SF86?

Page 3 of the report, first paragraph, clearly states he violated policy....which in my case, per the paperwork we sign yearly, I would be refereed to law enforcement for prosecution...

When was your last SF86 investigation?

When was your last SF86 investigation?
Could you cite the federal criminal statute for violating policy?

So, no SF86 (between either of you, I never would have thunk it).....what criminal statue or federal criminal statue did Petraeus violate, several years after he was no longer associated with the CIA...

Many of the DoD regulations are based off law......this is the reason they can be prosecuted.

Or are both of you really saying that FBI/CIA policy cannot be violated by someone who is not part of the FBI/CIA? Then why not invade the FBI/CIA....if you cannot be prosecuted, by their policy.....

You know that Horowitz made a criminal referral for Comey, and that the DOJ declined to prosecute, don't you?
