All that Mulvaney said was that they wanted to ensure that the Ukraine would investigate election interference in 2016 I thought that was something that the Democrats wanted to see investigated as much as anybody else, now all of a sudden, to ask that we get cooperation to investigate that, is a quid pro quo? The whistleblower himself is irrelevant now, since his allegations are rapidly being proven correct by the testimony of witnesses to the crimes.
