Trump was very 'clear' yes. All I can say here is to research - and not Hannity et al. - then make up your own mind. If you want to save time with links, there are plenty of threads here discussing it in great detail. At a start, you'll probably want to find the uncut version of the Council on Foreign Relations video. Other than that, the thread topic is Trump corruption.

Corrupt maybe but not according to Ukraine (or for that matter, how such crap works here in the United States) illegal.

Let me know when that enters the picture.

That's the way Democrats want it. No due process, trial by the media, no cross examination , just whatever they say.

They will fail.
"High Crimes and Misdemeanors" is entirely undefined in the Constitution, if you have read it. HC&D are whatever Congress decides they are.

"Due process" comes during the trial phase, not during the discovery. So far, no charges have been brought that would require due process or cross examination - only the testimony of witnesses congerning the allegations. The House Judiciary Committee serves in impeachment cases like a Grand Jury, and proceedings are not public.

When has it been improper to investigate somebody for possible corruption or criminal actions just because they're running for political office? By the way Trump is running for political office but you have no problem with the Democrats investigating him
It's not. DOJ, FBI, CIA, and the State Department are all at the president's disposal. If he had gone through channels and formally requested an investigation instead of trying to wing it using Giuliani, who is not connected with the government, he might not have the problems he does now.

Investigate away. If you can prove Biden and his son committed crimes, lock them both up.

You guys are nuts
Maybe you should listen more carefully.

Mulvaney committed the biggest sin possible in the tRump White House.

He appeared before cameras and told the truth.

"We do this all the time! Get over it!"

His shelf life is rapidly approaching expiration.

That's it exactly. They have the defense attorney strategy down perfectly.
