I wouldn't believe much of what Fredo Cuomo says. Trump definitely pays millions in property taxes in NYC. Not sure about income taxes, depends on how long he can write off his losses. Completely legal tax move, if you don't like it have Congress change the tax laws (but they won't because those hypocrites use the same tax loophole as Trump does).
Please remember, Trump licenses his name for building's. He does not own all the ones his name is or was on in NYC.

As wealthy individuals change residency to lower tax jurisdictions, and major finance companies move non-business development personnel to outside of NYS, the socialists running NYS and NYC will progressively become less and less able to balance the budget. Or maybe they think that the $15/hr jobs can fill the void left by departing millionaires and Wall Street employees. LOL

Dude come visit NYC. It is crazy the amount of unhinged homeless people off their meds wandering the streets and subways. We just had a homeless person hack four other homeless people to death on the street. Plus the stress of 10 million people living in NYC alone causes interactions that can make people snap.
