Yes, it was perjury in the context of a sexual harassment case (the Paula Jones lawsuit). I guess Ringo is not a part of the 'me too' brigade.

I still don't think Clinton should have been impeached, and even more so Trump should not be impeached.

It’s all about Trump and trolling the Democrats. They don’t care about our country’s checks and balances anymore.

IIRC: They impeached Clinton for lying under oath, not for a sex act with an intern.

Nobody is going to prison, or losing their jobs, their pensions, Cadillac healthcare for life, or their precious benefits on the impeachment sham, or the 'Pub follow up counter-attacks.

Maybe some low level flunky gets demoted, or fired only to pop up elsewhere in Government w/o anyone noticing months later...a slap on the wrist....none of the high level peeps will be held accountable....as usual.

Its all just a huge waste of taxpayer money, and time, whilst very little governoring is taking place...like passing the 1st budget since 1996!!!!!

Then you just haven't seen very much, is all.

Like this, for instance.

Carry on.

So lying under oath about sex (itself not a crime) vs getting foreign governments to dig dirt on you political opponents. I think the only thing that makes someone think the former is more worthy of impeachment than the latter is a MAGA hat.

or that the "act" was committed by a Democrat. Seriously the currently Republican outrage doesn't pass the Obama test - if Obama did it would they feel any differently ?

1. I now announce my candidacy for President of the United States on the Democratic ticket.
2. I will shortly rob the federal reserve of 50 billion dollars.

because, as a candidate for president, i cannot be investigated by a republican president.

aint it great?? all you have to do (evidently) to get away with breaking the law is run for president!

I'm not sure what's more amusing. Watching the Democrat clowns in Congress perpetrate this farce, or watching the lemmings defend it with so much vigor.

The whole thing is a sham and a hoax, purely political. Anyone with a room temperature IQ or an ounce of common sense knows it.
