Both my mother and my husband who strongly dislike Trump both admit he's growing on them.
I think his popularity is on the rise, and will be higher once this is over.
I am confused as to what set Trump off. Unless something happened prior to that exchange it seemed like a reasonable question. I guess, after years of being beaten up by the media over #fakenews Trump's patience with them is pretty low during a crisis of this magnitude.

I'm thinking it was because Trump was told the emperor was nekkid and not wearing any clothes.

I think Trump thought the fake-news reporter's "question" was SFO (stating the f***ing obvious) and it smacked of a waste of time and disingenuous in nature, i.e., "trolly."
Plus, Trump's substantive response was that Americans want "answers and hope." I agree with him.

"There is nothing to fear, but fear itself."
Is that a trap game the reporter was looking (setting up) for, that Trump is pissed about? "Take your krap game somewhere else!"
Trump seems to me to be a lot like me, in that regard.

That wasn't funny. The answer Impeached Crooked Trump gave that reporter was ****ed up. He had the opportunity to calm a portion of the public that ARE scared. What a nasty idiotic President we have.
Yep, I caught that too. The reporter created a catch-22.
If you've followed trumps at all the last 10 years he is very good at picking up on this type of b.s. and it wasn't lost on him.
When he does he swings back at you, and people love him and hate him for this.
