Every country has a problem with that. We were told over and over to self isolate.
Didn't listen so more mandates were put in place and still didn't listen.

All messaging until perhaps 4 days ago was mixed and leaned toward "we can't close down". People listened. Many will die.

Trump was wrong to say that and if he was still saying those sorts of things it would be a huge problem. He seems to be on board with what Fauci recommends.
Other countries like Mexico up until just a few days ago resisted doing anything and Sweden has resisted stopping people from going out to eat and socializing. Sweden today had a huge jump in cases.

Trump was wrong to say that and if he was still saying those sorts of things it would be a huge problem. He seems to be on board with what Fauci recommends.
I don't like Trump. Can't stand how he praises his work regarding the virus but lets move forward.
That is the only way we can move at this point.
But humans are humans for one main reason - the ability to see complex cause and effect.
In terms of moving forward there is little choice - of course, many people (DeSantis) STILL are not doing the right things and it is well known that he follows EVERY Trump order and speaks to him daily.
The horses are out of the barn, the water over the dam. We must move forward but we HAVE to understand that most of what we are facing going forward is due to ineptitude....which continues with a lot of these "false hope" and other BS acts the POTUS puts on.
I said weeks ago - we don't need his face or his words in this crisis. He has done, and will continue to do, more harm than good. We don't need entertainment in the seeing of how clueless he is over and over (Seoul has 38 million residents, don't you know?)....
It's scary to be reminded that this guy sits at the top.

DeSantis is all about the money.

And his supporters are good with it no matter how many times he’s caught on video telling his lies they just with it. Sadly one has to question what kind of morals “if any” his supporters have.

Stay in your house and avoid becoming a statistic. That is all you can do. If someone chooses not to follow that advice its at their potential peril. At this point if someone needs Trump or their govenor to tell them what to do, well I don't know what to say. You are smart. You know what is best for you and your family. I personally do not know anyone who is not taking this serious. Except some of these online posters. But even their tone has changed of late.

Look we have a month to see what happens. A lot can change. It might become easier to mass test people or the antibody test become available and widespread. And hopefully we peak in cases in April. At the end of the month we will see where we are at. And what Trump does from there.

He clearly is not going to take a low profile on this. So he owns this no matter how it turns out. Don't watch the pressors and avoid anything Trump related. Everyone should be at home unless its absolutely necessary to go out. As I read on a news headline. April has been cancelled.
