Schools have the right to prevent unvaccinated kids from attending right now, and many do. There is no "right to make others sick". Employers also already have the right to make vaccination a condition of employment as well. And after all, why let some fool get the whole company sick and maybe kill people, just because that's how they want it?
Now it's something else where Dershowitz is claiming that the evil gubmint will be tackling people and jabbing them with vaccine needles. This would seem very unwise - if someone is half-crazy to begin with and terrified of vaccines, you probably don't want to try to physically force them, not worth it.
As though there is a "right" to be protected from all infectious germs and from all sickness for life?
Ridiculous. Vaccination cannot and will not be forced upon anyone. And any totalitarian police state that thinks that can be accomplished will be short lived.
Half of the country and many judges will probably disagree with your statement. Basically you will have millions of people that will refuse to get the vaccine. It's just the reality of American society.
Then the virus wins and we are entirely at the mercy of it.
Measles, mumps and rubella are all RNA viruses. Also rabies, hepatitis A, influenza, and polio.

I am just curious what you find to be weird about syringes. Since you will not say, I suspect you thought the chip for the high tech syringe was injected with the vaccine. It's not. If you misunderstood, that is OK. Most folks would just admit it and move on.
