Ridiculous. Vaccination cannot and will not be forced upon anyone. And any totalitarian police state that thinks that can be accomplished will be short lived.
The most probable scenrio is that any vaccine is given to vulnerable groups such as those with certain medical conditions and the elderly first, as well as those who work in the medical or caring professions, along wth other key workers.
After these groups the vaccine will be available to others, who can decide for themselves, however it should be noted that the virus also severally effects some people who are not elderly and don't have pre-existing medical conditions.
This is similar to whatr currently happens in relation to flu jabs.

Nobody is saying that any old person has to take any vaccine, however at least whatever happens to them they have been oiffered the vaccine. After that it's their own look out, just as it is with the flu jab which is also not mandatory.
Europe is a whole different story. I can understand having certain access taken away. Not everyone desires to travel or go to sport concerts, but to say the state will force and jab a needle in you?
You have an alternative - LEAVE. Vaccination is necessary to keep us ALL at much-reduced risk from life-destroying disease. An infinitesimally small cost of living amongst civilization and civilized people.
